Exchanges
The Catalina brand allows the exchange of ring and bracelet sizes within 14 days from the date the customer received it. The exchange of sizes is made by a piece equal to that acquired by the customer previously but for another size. To make the exchange, the customer must either send an email to info@catalinajewelry.pt with the topic "Exchange of sizes" or fill out the form found on the page "contact us" with the topic "Exchange of sizes".
Catalina will contact the customer as soon as possible.
Exchange orders must be presented in the same condition in which they were received by the customer, without any sign of use, with the respective packaging, invoice and other documents sent by the Catalina brand, only then are exchanges accepted.
In the case of reshipping the order, it is the responsibility of the Customer, namely transport costs or other costs, losses and damages that may occur during transport.
All orders will be verified and only those who respect the exchange conditions will be accepted for exchange.
The Catalina brand reserves the right not to accept orders that do not meet the conditions previously mentioned for exchange.
There are no exchanges on personalized orders or jewelry with modifications requested by the customer.
